Can I install FAQlue today?
Yes. Start free at faqlue.com/start with your website and email address: one confirmation click and your FAQ exists. It goes on your site with one script tag, or with the WordPress plugin from wordpress.org/plugins/faqlue.
Do I need a developer?
No. You paste one script tag where the FAQ should appear, or we do it with you. Styling is set once to match your site.
Who decides what an answer says?
You do. When a visitor asks something new, you get one email with a drafted answer from your own content. Reply YES to publish it, reply with your own answer to change it, or reply NO to skip it. Nothing goes live without your YES.
What does the free plan include?
A searchable FAQ with up to 8 published answers, in the standard look with a small Powered by FAQlue line. Questions your FAQ can't answer still reach you by email with a drafted answer. The paid plan removes the limit and the line, and styles the widget to your site.
How long does the €29 price last?
For as long as you stay. It is the early price for customers who sign up before 27 November 2026; after that, new customers pay €49 a month.
Can I add a second site or brand?
Yes. Each extra FAQ, for another site, brand or product line, is €19 a month. The same FAQ can sit on as many pages as you like at no extra cost.
Is initial writing included?
No, it's an optional extra, quoted per site. We research and write your first answers for five question themes, and you approve the facts. Scope, delivery date and price are agreed before you pay.
